Multi-Valued Logic (MVL) Circuits

We develop MVL circuits, which can potentially overcome limitations of current CMOS technologies by expressing more than two logic states with a single gate. 

Complementary Circuits

Complementary circuit technologies dominate modern integrated circuits (ICs) due to their low power consumption and high noise immunity. We study electronic devices based on novel semiconducting materials such as low-dimensional semiconductors, and implement various complementary circuits with them.

Flexible and Stretchable Electronics

Inkjet printing allows facile material patterning and film formation on unconventional substrates. We develop large-area, low-cost electronic devices that are flexible and stretchable.
